Compress made of non-toxic gel with excellent performance and an ultra-resistant reinforced PVC bag.

Profile and Instructions for Use :

Hot and cold compress designed to be used in thermotherapy or cryotherapy. Cooled in the freezer, they remain malleable and can treat pain.

Heated in a water bath or in the microwave, they allow muscle relaxation or preparation for exercise.

Instructions for use:

Use in Cryotherapy: Place the compress in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Use in Thermotherapy: In the microwave: heat up to 600w for 45 seconds and wait 1 minute before using.

If necessary, reheat every 10 seconds until it reaches the desired temperature.

In a tank or water bath: Immerse the compress in water previously heated to 90ºC for around 6 minutes.

Attention: Do not place the compress in direct contact with the skin. Use the cover provided.
